SIMON DRAKES, DAVID WESTON and his partner DR.RAYMOND HOPKINS had acquired considerable experience in finance and banking sectors when they decided to establish Finance House in 1993.
As a dedicated team of experienced consultants with access to the UK's leading commercial lenders and a working knowledge of Business Start-Up finance, our trusted advisors cater to a multitude of corporate and individual clients. They constantly analyse the market in which we operate and communicate the information obtained. The team embraces new finance methods and apply it to the projects undertaken.
DAVID WESTON has built up over the years a fine reputation as a corporate finance broker. As a Director of Finance House Limited, he has ended another year of record completions for clients in all sectors particularly Going Concerns, Investment Properties, Health Care, Development Sites, Retail , Leisure and other Commercial Proposals. His main interest is arranging corporate, business and property finance through various banks and lending institutions totalling a sum of 75 million per annum.
Raymond Hopkins : (Head of Finance) MANAGER
Ray has over 30 years of experience within the Commercial Finance market place during which time he has built up a network of contacts with consistent finance sources who like Finance House are driven by clients requirements as opposed to what pays the most commission. In addition, Ray has been involved in the running of various businesses including Care Homes , Building Companies and Hotels and therefore has more than a basic understanding of the trials and tribulations of both new and existing business people especially on Banking matters.
